Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes I do. Please contact me  here and I will give you a quote for the cost of sending a painting internationally. However overseas and border-crossing shipments (outside of Canada) maybe be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Can I pay with e-transfer?

Yes, please send the money to sahoeltken1@gmail.com along with the name of the painting you are purchasing.

I have placed my order how long before I receive the artwork?

Most orders will be sent by Canada Post or Fedex depending on the size and weight of the artwork. It can take up to 7 days to pack and ship the paintings and I will notify you with a tracking number when possible so you can see when the painting will be arriving.

Can you return a painting?

You can return a painting if you notify me before 7 days after receiving it. I will reimburse you for the cost of the painting only as soon as I receive the painting back in good condition. The painting should be packed in the same manner as it was received.

What if the painting is damaged?

Please contact me immediately if the painting has been damaged along with a photograph of the damaged painting.
